We are dedicated to empowering our caregivers with the tools, training, and support needed to succeed while delivering exceptional service. Whether assisting with mobility, medication management, or companionship, you'll be at the forefront of promoting health, safety, and well-being in a rewarding environment. Responsibilities Provide direct personal care to clients, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support clients with mobility needs using equipment like Hoyer lifts or transfer belts while ensuring safety protocols are followed Monitor patients' health by observing vital signs, reporting changes, and maintaining accurate documentation in care plans Assist with medication administration according to prescribed schedules and HIPAA confidentiality standards Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and assist with meal planning and cooking when necessary Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces Document all care activities thoroughly in compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies Requirements Prior experience in home health care, assisted living, nursing home settings, or group homes is highly preferred Knowledge of patient observation techniques, dementia care (including Alzheimer's and memory care), hospice care, autism spectrum disorder support, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities in general Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, HIPAA compliance training, and any state-specific caregiving credentials are required or highly valued Ability to lift heavy objects safely using equipment like Hoyer lifts; physical stamina for long shifts involving standing or walking is essential Strong communication skills for working collaboratively with clients' families, healthcare teams, and social workers Compassionate attitude coupled with a commitment to providing respectful and dignified care Join us if you're passionate about making a positive impact through dedicated caregiving!
