This role also contributes to maintaining a safe, clean, and positive living environment. ️ Key Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities, including mobility, transfers, and personal care Follow and support each resident's individualized care plan Advocate for residents' needs, preferences, and choices Encourage and support social relationships and engagement Maintain respectful, positive communication with residents, families, and team members Ensure a safe and healthy environment for all residents Complete accurate and timely documentation Assist with household duties such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry Follow all company policies and regulatory requirements Report safety or maintenance concerns to leadership Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment ✅
Qualifications Required:
Must be at least 18 years old Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with resident mobility Ability to complete required documentation Willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR/AED certification
Preferred:
