Job Description
Overview Join our dedicated team as a Direct Care Professional and become a vital part of providing compassionate, personalized support to our residents. In this role, you will empower residents and assist them with all activities of daily living. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support Provide emotional and physical encouragement along with companionship. Monitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to management. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, incidents, and resident progress Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, safe environment for all residents and staff Collaborate with team members to implement individualized care plans that meet each resident's needs Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in caregiving is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse individuals Ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist with mobility for extended periods Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing respectful care at all times Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to direct care services Prior experience in caregiving or related fields is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us in making a positive impact!
