Job Description

Overview Join our dedicated team as a Toddler Caregiver and become a vital part of fostering a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children. In this role, you will provide attentive care tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers, ensuring their safety, happiness, and growth. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help lay a strong foundation for children's early learning experiences while supporting their emotional and physical well-being. Duties Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment that promotes toddler development and curiosity Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support early childhood education, including play-based learning and sensory experiences Monitor children's behavior, providing positive guidance and effective behavior management strategies Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices in accordance with health and safety standards Collaborate with parents, teachers, or special education professionals to support individual needs and developmental goals Maintain accurate records of children's progress, activities, and any incidents or health concerns Ensure classroom organization and cleanliness to uphold high standards of childcare and safety Qualifications Prior experience in preschool settings, daycare centers, or working directly with children in caregiving roles such as babysitting or nannying Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR; additional certifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are a plus Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle diverse behaviors effectively Familiarity with infant care routines and toddler-specific needs Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members clearly and compassionately Passion for working with children and supporting their growth through nurturing caregiving practices Join us to inspire young minds through energetic engagement and dedicated care! Pay:
$14.00 - $20.00 per hour
