This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in a respectful and caring environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Help with light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and organizing. Assist clients with mobility and transferring safely to prevent falls or injuries. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, encouraging social interaction and engagement. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition or concerns to supervisors. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment for clients and self. Requirements Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus but not required. Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Willingness to undergo background checks and any required training or certification.
