Responsibilities Deliver high-quality childcare and caregiving services tailored to the unique needs of each individual, including infants, toddlers, and children with disabilities Support early childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional growth Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap times for young children Implement behavior management techniques to foster positive behavior and emotional regulation Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary Collaborate with parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent care plans are followed Use classroom experience and childcare knowledge to create stimulating activities that support childhood development goals Experience Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, nannying, or early childhood education programs Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or special needs Knowledge of childhood development milestones and best practices in early childhood education Familiarity with behavior management strategies and classroom experience is highly desirable Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification is appreciated Experience caring for infants and toddlers, including infant care routines and toddler-specific activities Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members Join us in creating a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported!
