The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and committed to helping residents achieve their highest level of independence. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide supervision and companionship Prepare and serve meals according to resident needs Assist with medication reminders and documentation Maintain accurate resident records and daily logs Observe and report changes in resident behavior or condition Assist residents with community activities and appointments Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment Follow all AFC policies, procedures, and resident rights requirements Respond appropriately to emergencies and incidents
