In this role, you will provide quality care and support to individuals with intellectual, developmental, physical, or behavioral disabilities while helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene).
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
  • Administer medications as directed and document appropriately.
  • Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation to appointments and community activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and daily reports.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
  • Follow all company policies, care plans, and state regulations. Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous direct care, caregiving, CNA, home health aide, or healthcare experience preferred (training may be available).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Schedule
