In Home Caregiver

Overview We are seeking someone who is compassionate and dedicated In Home Care to provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring assistance with daily activities, health management, and emotional well-being. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong communication skills, patience, and a commitment to quality care. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to healthcare professionals Administer medication reminders and basic health assessments as directed Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance clients' quality of life Support clients with light housekeeping tasks related to their care needs Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed Maintain detailed documentation of care provided and any incidents or concerns Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients Requirements Prior experience in Homecare a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to care plans Excellent communication skills and compassionate demeanor Valid driver's license preferred for transportation assistance if required by the role Ability to pass background checks and any required health screenings Certification in CPR or first aid is desirable but we can also train. This position provides an essential service that directly impacts the well-being of individuals in need of at-home support.
