In Home Caregiver

Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide essential support and care to individuals in the comfort of their homes. As an In Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for your clients by assisting them with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting their independence. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety. Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. Possible meal prep Medication reminders and monitor client health status. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Document care provided. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with staff, clients and families. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans developed by healthcare professionals. Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations. Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks including lifting or moving clients when necessary.
