Job Description

We are looking for a caregiver in the Grand Blanc, MI area. This posititon is for individuals that have CLS and Respite services. The consumers hours vary between 10 hrs per month to 200 hrs per month depending on the case.
The job description includes:
CLS goals
  • Meal Preparation
  • Socialization in the community
  • Activities of Daily living (Daily Hygiene, Daily chores, laundry assistance) Respite goal
  • Provide a break for the primary caregiver
Requirements:
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Current Auto Insurance
  • TB test current within the last year
  • CPS Clearance
  • CPR/First Aid (Infant/Adult) Current within the last 2 years
  • Ability to pass Background Checks with no Felonies
  • Required trainings: Direct Care Worker Training, Quarterly Tests, Recipients Rights, & Annual Compliance Training Our office is located in Fenton and this position is for in home care in the Grand Blanc Area.
