Pay:

Green Acres of Standale , an assisted living home in Grand Rapids, is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Care Workers to join our team. We are hiring for part-time positions on all shifts . This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

All Shifts Available 1st

7:00 AM•3:00 PM 2nd
Shift:
3:00 PM•11:00 PM 3rd

11:00 PM•7:00 AM Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation . Position Summary Direct Care Workers provide daily support to residents in a safe, respectful, and compassionate manner. Team members assist with personal care, medication administration, and day-to-day well-being while helping create a warm and supportive home environment. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility Administer medications according to training and resident care plans Monitor and support residents' health, comfort, and overall well-being Maintain accurate documentation of care and resident status Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive community for residents and coworkers Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to pass a criminal background check No license required — paid, on-the-job training provided Compassion, dependability, and a strong work ethic are essential Pay & Perks $17.00•18.00 per hour Meaningful work in a supportive, team-oriented environment Paid training and opportunities for growth How to Apply Submit your resume or application to:
