The Role As a Professional Private-Duty Neighbor , you will be assigned to an elite 12-person Pod . You will work under the strategic guidance of a Lead Neighbor to provide an unparalleled level of support to our clients. This role requires a professional aesthetic, a calm demeanor, and a commitment to the "Prestige Living" standards our brand is known for.

Your Responsibilities:

Sophisticated Companionship:

Act as a dedicated, professional presence in the client's home, ensuring comfort and safety.

Transitional Excellence:

Execute non-medical care plans with precision, assisting with daily routines and lifestyle support.

Pod Collaboration:

Maintain seamless communication with your Lead Neighbor to ensure the "Lovely Neighbor" quality standard is met 24/7.

Brand Ambassadorship:

Represent the organization in our signature Hunter Green and Maroon attire, maintaining an elite professional appearance at all times.

Requirements:

A sophisticated, service-oriented mindset. Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Reliable transportation for in-person service throughout the Grand Rapids region. A commitment to professional discipline and the ability to work within a structured Pod system.

Compensation & Career Path:

Neighbor Rate:

$16.00 -$19.00 per hour

Advancement:

Elite Neighbors are eligible for promotion to Lead Neighbor status ( $21.00 - $23.00 per hour ) as we expand our statewide hospital pods.
