Immediate Opening - Experienced Dementia Caregiver NeededHolland, MI | $23.00 per Hour Immediate Start Required Continuum Home Health Care is seeking an experienced, dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in Holland, Michigan. Schedule Monday through
Friday:
3:30 PM - 8:00
PM Every Other Saturday & Sunday:
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Requirements Previous hands-on experience caring for clients with dementia is
REQUIRED
Experience with dementia-related behaviors and redirection techniques is
REQUIRED
Must be calm, patient, compassionate, and able to remain composed in challenging situations Must be highly reliable with excellent attendance Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to start immediately Ideal Candidate We are looking for a caregiver who understands dementia care beyond basic caregiving tasks. The right person will know how to redirect behaviors, provide reassurance, maintain a structured environment, and build trust with the client while preserving their dignity and independence.
