Green Acres of Ionia is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Care Workers to provide quality care and support to our residents in a warm, welcoming assisted living environment. Position Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating Support mobility and personal care needs Follow individualized resident care plans Administer medications (paid training provided) Provide companionship and emotional support Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent care No License Required No prior license or certification is required.
