as a Caregiver in Jackson, MI. You'll provide essential support and companionship to those in need, making a positive impact in their lives every day.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being to the healthcare team. Medication reminders Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document care provided and maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills. Errands to appts
Laundry Light Housekeeping Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in caregiving is a plus. Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Must be able to pass background checks. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
