Position Summary:

Oodles of Love Daycare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infant/Toddler Caregiver to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is patient, energetic, and excited to help little ones reach developmental milestones in a fun and supportive environment.

What You'll Do:

Make a difference every day in the lives of young children ?? Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants and toddlers Support children's emotional, social, and developmental growth Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities, play, and learning experiences Get on the floor, sing songs, read books, and be silly! ???? Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom Follow all state licensing and company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Experience with infants and/or toddlers preferred (but not required for the right candidate!) Patient, caring, and kind demeanor A genuine love for working with children and making a difference

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable with active, hands-on caregiving throughout the day
