AFC Home Caregiver in Lansing

Open Arms Link is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to support individuals in our residential homes. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care and daily living needs, including hygiene, mobility, medication assistance, meals, and housekeeping Support residents with community outings, social activities, and medical appointments Transport residents to approved activities and appointments (use of personal vehicle may be required) Administer medications and treatments as trained and document appropriately Complete required documentation accurately and on time Communicate resident needs and concerns with supervisors and clinical staff Attend required trainings and staff meetings Preferred Experience Caregiver, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Direct Care Worker Assisted Living, In-Home Care, Home Health Aide (HHA), or Nursing Home experience Benefits 401(k) Paid time off
