Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Follow care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and safety Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient observations, and any incidents in compliance with healthcare standards Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment for clients Provide emotional support and companionship to foster social engagement and reduce feelings of isolation Skills Proven experience in home & community care or assisted living environments Knowledge of patient observation techniques and vital signs monitoring Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices Certified in First Aid and CPR; Compassionate communication skills to support patients' emotional well-being Embark on a fulfilling career where your skills directly improve lives.
