Must be willing to travel. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by helping them improve their communication and swallowing abilities in a comfortable and personalized setting. Responsibilities Evaluate, assess, and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Provide direct speech therapy services to clients in their homes with a focus on functional outcomes. Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to support optimal patient care. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current in the field. Requirements Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license or certification as required by the state of Michigan. Experience in home health or outpatient speech therapy preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes within Southeast MI Region.
