Green Acres of Mason, an assisted living community, is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Part-Time Direct Care Workers for 1st and 2nd shifts. Position Summary Direct Care Workers provide hands-on support to our residents by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support residents with eating and mobility Follow individualized care plans Administer medications as trained Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment Communicate effectively with team members and residents Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to pass a criminal background check Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Experience is a plus, but not required - we provide paid training Schedule Part-time 1st and 2nd shifts available Includes every other weekend Holiday rotation required Why Join Green Acres?
