Direct Care Professional - Manager

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with varying needs, helping them achieve their personal goals and enhancing their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include acting as a liason between clients, case managers, and families, staff schedules, staff training, maintaining client records, and planning staff outings. Qualifications College Degree required. Experience with direct care work and AFC homes a plus. CPR is required; company will provide if needed. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, their families, and case managers. A caring attitude with a commitment to enhancing the lives of those you support. Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs, including nights, weekends and on-call hours. Must be able to pass a background test, drug screening and a physical.
