From housekeeping to personal care we are able to provide many different services that allow one to age in the comfort of their own home. Our goal is to find long and short term solutions based on each clients individual needs. Our services include bathing/showering, transitional care, light housekeeping, companionship, meal preparation, hygiene assistance, assistance with ambulation, medication reminders, and toileting/continence care. Lasting Connections is looking for CNA's, Caregivers, Direct Care Workers , and Medical Assistants who are: Reliable and Professional Enjoy assisting in the needs of others.
