Direct care staff afternoon and midnight shift Assisted Living Facility Lake Orion, MI 48360 $14.50

  • Part-time As a company we want to get rid of the toxic corporate culture where staff aren't communicating well, leadership doesn't care, and you feel trapped in your job.
You will be working with at least one other person on a shift. It is very important that you get along and work well with your co-workers and you can follow the lead of the manager. As leadership we spent a lot of time getting a great manager, now we need team members to take care of the residents.
NO JOB HOPPERS NO EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
Responsibilities:
  • This position is primarily for afternoon or midnights
  • You will be working in a team environment.
  • Communicate and problem solve issues with team members and manager.
  • Change briefs of residents.
  • Cleaning
  • Making Food Not permitted to sleep.
Need to stay awake and work shift.
Experience:
  • No experience or if you have experience taking care of a loved one at home preferred.
We are looking for people who have a heart and have a lovingness towards the elderly. We want someone who is going to go above and beyond to take care residents because they see their own grandma or grandpa in our community.
