As a Personal Care Attendant, you will provide essential support to clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life through personalized care and assistance. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Help with mobility and transferring clients safely as needed. Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health to supervisors. Maintain a clean and safe environment in client homes. Follow care plans and company policies to ensure high-quality care. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals. Requirements Prior experience in personal care or a related field is preferred but not required. Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and assisting with mobility. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Must pass background checks and have valid identification. Flexible availability to meet client needs.
