Join our dedicated team as a Direct Care Worker/Caregiver and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring support with daily activities and personal care. In this vital role, you will provide compassionate assistance, promote independence, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment to our clients in the comfort of their home. Your energetic and caring approach will help enhance quality of life for those you serve while fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients. Must pass a background check, have a current driver license, dependable car, and current auto insurance. Experience is a plus but not required. We TRAIN! Responsibilities Provide compassionate care and support to clients Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Observe and report changes in clients' conditions to supervisor. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring hygiene standards are met. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to foster a supportive atmosphere. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a valid driver's license for transportation needs. Join us in delivering compassionate caregiving that transforms lives!
