As a Personal Care Attendant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who need assistance with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and promote independence. Prepare and serve meals following dietary guidelines. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Document care services provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors. Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures. Requirements Previous experience in personal care or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Rochester Hills, MI.
