Caregiver

Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, whether they are seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring hospice care. Your responsibilities will include personal care, companionship, and ensuring that each client receives the highest level of support tailored to their unique needs. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Monitor and document patient observations to report any changes in health or behavior. Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. Help clients with mobility and transfers; assist in lifting when necessary. Support individuals with disabilities by providing personalized care plans that meet their specific needs. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents. CNA license preferred Requirements Previous experience in senior care, hospice care, or home health is required. Ability to lift and assist clients safely while adhering to proper techniques. Excellent observation skills to monitor patient conditions effectively. Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to help others and improve their quality of life. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams. Flexibility in working hours as caregiving may require availability on weekends or evenings.
