In this role, you will provide compassionate, hands-on assistance to clients in their homes, supporting their daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support clients with mobility and transferring safely within the home. Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment. Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to the appropriate personnel. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Follow care plans and instructions as directed by supervisors or healthcare professionals. Requirements Previous experience in a care-giving or direct care role is beneficial but not required; training is provided. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Royal Oak, MI.
