Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and assistance to residents in daily activities. Administer medications and monitor residents' health conditions. Assist with long-term care plans and collaborate with healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate records of patient care and report any changes in condition. Support residents with mobility and heavy lifting as needed. Engage with residents socially to promote mental well-being.
