GET PAID TO TAKE CARE OF A FAMILY MEMBER OR THOSE IN NEED OF PERSONAL CARE SERVICES!
!! We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to family members and individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care while respecting the dignity and rights of each resident. Duties Provide direct support to clients in their homes assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Ensure the safety and comfort of residents by monitoring their health and well-being. Assist clients with mobility and physical tasks, including lifting and transferring individuals as needed. Adhere to individualized care plans that address the specific needs of each client, including those with developmental disabilities or memory care requirements. Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in condition to appropriate personnel. Foster a supportive and respectful environment that upholds resident rights and promotes independence. Engage clients in social activities to enhance their emotional well-being and encourage social interaction. Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Experience Previous experience in direct support roles, home health care, or social work is preferred but not required. Familiarity with first aid practices is beneficial. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in long-term care settings is highly valued. A compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and their families. Ability to lift and assist clients safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques.
