This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities and promoting their independence and well-being in a respectful and supportive environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Support clients with medication reminders and health monitoring as directed. Help with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping duties. Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities when required. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisory staff. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client quality of life. Requirements Previous experience in direct care or a related field is an asset, but NOT required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential. Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professional boundaries. Ability to pass background checks. Benefits Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00, paid twice per month.
