You may be eligible to become a compensated caregiver through the Michigan Medicaid Home Help Program . Our agency helps families navigate the enrollment process, complete required paperwork, and become approved caregivers providing care to their loved ones in their own homes. About the Opportunity We are seeking compassionate individuals who are currently assisting a family member with activities of daily living (ADLs) and would like to receive compensation for approved caregiving services through the Michigan Medicaid Home Help Program. Caregivers may assist with tasks such as: Bathing and personal hygiene Dressing and grooming Toileting assistance Mobility and transfers Eating and meal-related assistance Other approved daily living activities Eligibility Requirements To qualify: The individual receiving care must have active Michigan Medicaid coverage The individual must have a documented need for assistance with activities of daily living The care recipient must be approved for services through the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Home Help Program The caregiver must complete required enrollment paperwork and agency requirements What We Provide ✔ Assistance completing required enrollment paperwork ✔ Guidance throughout the Home Help approval process ✔ Support with caregiver onboarding requirements ✔ Starting compensation of $18.50/hour for approved caregiving services ✔ The opportunity to continue supporting your loved one at home If you are already providing care for a family member who has Medicaid and needs assistance with daily activities, apply today to learn how you may become a compensated caregiver.
