Benefits Pulled from the full job description Paid time off 401(k) Paid training Vision insurance Employee stock ownership plan Full job description Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA) - Spring Lake, MI As members of the interdisciplinary team, caregivers provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client's condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and assist with activities of daily living in a home setting. All care is delivered as delegated and in accordance with company policies and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Full-time, part-time, and PRN openings available (varies by case). HHAs:

Provide personal care and support to help clients live safely at home Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and transportation Support mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises Provide medication reminders and document client condition Report any concerns or changes to the supervisor Maintain a safe and clean home environment Engage clients in activities such as games, reading, and hobbies

Job Requirements:
