Job Description
Jean's Heart Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to join our growing team. We proudly serve families throughout Macomb and Oakland Counties by providing respectful, personalized non-medical home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We are looking for caregivers who are reliable, compassionate, and committed to treating every client with dignity, patience, and respect. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance. Provide companionship and emotional support while promoting independence. Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe home environment. Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition. Follow individualized care plans and company policies. Communicate professionally with clients, families, and management. Maintain client privacy, confidentiality, and dignity at all times. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of professional caregiving experience preferred. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. Current CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire. Must successfully pass a criminal background check. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with seniors, dementia care, disability care, or private-duty home care is a plus. Dependable, compassionate, patient, and professional attitude. Schedule & Pay Full-time and part-time positions available. 4-hour and 12-hour shifts available. Flexible scheduling.
