Job Description

Direct Care staff work to provide support, supervsion and personal care to residents within our AFC home. This role focuses on promoting residents' independence, dignity, and quality of life while ensuring a safe and supportive living enviorment.
Responsibilities to include:
  • assisting with ADL's
  • prepare and serve meals as according to plans
  • administer medications as directed
  • monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and report changes to supervisior
  • maintain a clean, safe and organized enviorment
