As a Direct Care Aide, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals by offering personalized care and assistance with daily activities in a respectful and professional manner. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and support to enhance clients' emotional and social well-being. Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety and comfort. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Follow individualized care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures. Requirements Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role preferred but not required. Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to pass background checks and valid Ids. Reliable transportation to and from client locations within Taylor, MI. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
