Job Description

Your Care Mission As a Taylor Direct Care Worker, youre the steady, high-energy support adults rely onhelping them stay safe, respected, and independent. This role exists to deliver hands-on assistance while protecting comfort and dignity. Key responsibilities include support with daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep), warm companionship, assistance for adults with special mental health needs, community outings and transportation, and timely documentation using smartphone/mobile apps.
Required qualifications/skills:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Comfortable using smartphone/mobile apps for notes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Accurate record-keeping First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) TB test If youre ready to bring real momentum to someones day, apply now.
