Job Summary 6 PM - 6 AM Looking for a rewarding job where you can truly make a difference? Life of Riley Senior Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to join our Oaks team on overnight shift. Our smaller, home-like environment allows caregivers to build meaningful relationships with residents while providing quality care in a supportive setting. Whether you have experience in caregiving, assisted living, direct care, or are looking to start a career helping others, we'd love to hear from you. Why Join Life of Riley? ✔ Smaller resident-to-caregiver setting ✔ Supportive leadership team ✔ Paid training available ✔ Meaningful work that impacts lives every day ✔ Competitive pay based on experience Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care, mobility, toileting, and bedtime/morning routines Monitor resident safety and well-being throughout the night Respond to resident needs and emergencies with professionalism and compassion Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support Assist with medication administration (training provided as applicable) Complete documentation and communicate resident updates Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Help residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life What We're Looking For Reliable, compassionate, and patient individuals Ability to work independently and stay attentive overnight Strong communication and teamwork skills Caregiving, healthcare, assisted living, or direct care experience preferred, but not required CPR/First Aid certification preferred Medication administration experience is a plus Must pass required background checks At Life of Riley Senior Care, we believe seniors deserve more than a place to live—they deserve a place to belong.
