This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to enhance their quality of life and promote independence. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene. Support clients with mobility and transferring safely. Help with light housekeeping duties including laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean environment. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor client condition and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members. Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided. Ensure client privacy and confidentiality at all times. Requirements Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide or in a similar caregiving role is a plus. Ability to work independently and reliably. Compassionate, patient, and strong interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and safety procedures. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation plus.
