Residential Cleaning Professional (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Schedule Options Full-time:

30+ hours per week

Part-time:

at least 3 full weekdays Monday-Friday schedule No nights No weekends Stable, consistent hours each week. Compensation $18 per hour (+tips and bonuses) Compensation includes: Hourly pay for cleaning, travel time, and dispatch Weekly pay via direct deposit Customer tips Bonus opportunities Paid training Paid holidays (after eligibility period) Responsibilities Perform residential cleaning services using MaidPro systems and checklists Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Communicate professionally with customers and team members Work independently or with a teammate Maintain consistent quality standards Adapt to varying homes and client preferences Ideal Candidate Traits dependable and punctual detail oriented positive attitude strong communication skills comfortable working individually or on a team able to adapt to changes in daily schedule takes pride in doing quality work respectful and professional Cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We provide structured training.
