We are currently seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team at our Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor locations .

What We Offer:

Competitive Pay :

Starting at $15.05/hour , with an increase to $15.55/hour after completing training. $500

Sign-On Bonus :

$250 after completing 30 days or 120 hours of employment. An additional $250 after completing all necessary training and meeting staffing ratio requirements. Full-Time Employee Benefits , including: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Short/Long-Term Disability Accidental and Life Insurance 401(k) with a 3% Match Paid Time Off (PTO)

Position Availability:

Full-time and part-time positions available for second and third shifts .

Key Responsibilities:

Provide care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness in a small group home setting . Assist with meal preparation , serving, and dining support. Administer medications as prescribed. Engage residents in fun activities to promote socialization and well-being.

What We're Looking For:
