The caregiver should be passionate about seniors, have a caring spirit, and be a reliable member of the team. The caregiver's tasks will differ for each client, but the main goal is to fulfill the mission statement of Joyful Hearts Homecare in all interactions with clients and their families. We are located in Stillwater and have clients throughout the Twin Cities. The client we are hiring for lives in Arden Hills; it is a couple who needs support in a senior building. Their goal is to stay in their apartment and have the highest quality of life possible. The shifts we are hiring for are 7:00 am - 3:00 pm seven days per week . We are hoping to hire someone who has experience with memory care, personal cares, nutrition support, and companionship.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Have a joyful and compassionate spirit anytime you are representing Joyful Hearts Homecare. Show clients and their families you are there to care for the client. Take extra time to ensure the client and their family that you genuinely care about their well-being. Respond quickly and professionally if the client or family contacts you. Provide timely updates to family members and to managers about the client's status, if requested. Be respectful, polite, and understanding when interacting with clients and their families. Reliability to build long lasting relationships with clients and their families.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
