Job Description

Looking for a caring and reliable Direct Care Staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities at our group home. This role involves helping with routines, personal care, and skill-building in a safe, supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living tasks and personal care Support independence in the home and community Follow care plans and complete simple documentation Maintain safety and respectful communication
Qualifications:
Compassion, reliability, and good communication Ability to work independently and with a team Must meet background requirements Must have driver license and reliable transportation Experience in caregiving is a plus but not required
Hours:
Currently looking to fill night shift and weekends.
Pay:
From $18.25 per hour
