Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, eating, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by observing for any changes in condition or behavior Administer medications accurately following current medication administration Prepare or warm nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient observations Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment Collaborate with family members to ensure holistic care delivery Follow all safety protocols including CPR and First Aid procedures to respond effectively in emergencies Experience Prior experience working in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's/dementia, or memory care needs Knowledge of medication administration and patient monitoring. Experience providing personal care and assisting with ADLs in a compassionate manner
