This is not task-based caregiving, it is relationship-centered care in a small home environment. You will assist with resident engagement, activities of daily living, and medication administration, while always ensuring safety and dignity. What You Will Do Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Administer medications as delegated Follow individualized care plans and report changes in condition Document care accurately in Residex Ensure resident safety and infection control compliance Support residents during meals with dignity and respect Create meaningful engagement through conversation and activities Maintain clean and organized resident spaces Communicate professionally with families and team members Attend required trainings and team meetings What Makes You a Strong Fit Compassionate and emotionally intelligent Strong time management skills Clear communicator Clinically competent with ADLs and medication delegation Reliable attendance and accountability Physically capable of lifting and assisting residents Teamoriented and adaptable Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED CNA or HHA certification preferred Assisted living or senior care experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Benefits Personal, Professional and Financial (PPFs) goal focused Shift differentials Paid training and continuing education Advancement opportunities through our Care Partner Maturity Model Supportive, teambased culture Small home environment (lower resident ratios than large facilities) Full Time Benefits Medical oDental Vision o401K MN sick and safe
