• $18•21 per hour + shift differentials Position Summary As a Resident Assistant, you provide direct care while building meaningful relationships with residents.

This is not task-based caregiving, it is relationship-centered care in a small home environment. You will assist with resident engagement, activities of daily living, and medication administration, while always ensuring safety and dignity.
