Job Description:

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Position Overview The Caregiver DSP provides non-medical household support services to help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and comfortable living environment for the client. This role supports daily household operations and may assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship while promoting the client's independence and well-being. Key Responsibilities Perform light housekeeping duties, including: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming Laundry and linen changes Dishwashing and kitchen cleanup Bathroom and general room sanitation Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to client preferences or dietary needs Organize household items and maintain a tidy living environment Provide companionship and social interaction Monitor household supplies and report needed items Observe and report any concerns related to the client's safety or household condition Qualifications Previous homemaking, housekeeping, caregiving, or related experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and follow instructions Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Background check will be required Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform household tasks Preferred Qualities Compassionate and dependable Attention to detail Respectful of client privacy and routines Flexible and adaptable Work Schedule/Hours 5 hours a week

Monday-Friday Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
