If so, All Care Companions is hiring for In-Home and Community Care Support Individuals. We are looking for individuals that are fun, caring, and outgoing that is looking for flexibility and fulfilling relationships with clients. We are looking for part-time availability and potential grow to full-time position. We are hiring in Dakota county and surrounding areas (Apple Valley, Farmington, Lakeville, Inver Grove and West St Paul). Come join our mission in keeping clients stay safe and comfortable in their own homes and increase their access to community.
Current Position:
Eagan, MN/ Community Support All Care Companions is looking Individualized Support Staff 1:1 with a female client who lives in Eagan, MN. Staff will be responsible for assisting the individual with increase access to the community. Preffered schedule (Can Change) Monday 8pm
  • 2pm Tuesday 8pm-2pm Wednesday 8am
  • 2pm thursday 8am
  • 2pm Friday 8am
  • 2pm Responsibilities will include but not limit to; transportation, visiting the library, outside parks , movie theaters and bowlings.
Home Support:
Meal prep, ADLS
  • changing clothing, personal care.
Minimum Qualifications Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental illness, and/or co-occurring diagnosis. Experience with verbal de-escalation strategies and working with individuals who exhibit aggressive behaviors. Must be at least 18 years of age. Basic math and computer skills. Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License, a vehicle and proof of insurance. Must be able to perform all physical/essential requirements with or without reasonable accommodation(s). Preferred Qualifications Our employees are dedicated to ensuring cultural responsiveness. Preferred candidates will have a variety of experiences working effectively with others from different backgrounds and cultures. Experience collecting and summarizing data to document program delivery by observation, charting and measuring.
