Job Description

Goodhue Living provides Assisted Living and Dementia Care for up to 46 residents. Our goal is provide passionate and client-centered care for all of our residents while supporting the growth of our staff. Come join our established team of caregivers!
Position Details:
On Call On Call employees will be on call for a weekend on a specified rotation (typically every 6-8 weeks) Weekend definition: On Call weekend starts Friday at 6pm and ends Monday at 6am On Call employee will receive $100.00 to be available for the entirety of the weekend on call. If needed to cover a shift during on call weekend, the employee will be paid an additional $5/hour.
Wage:
$25.00/hour
Essential Job Duties:
Provide direct care to residents including but not limited to: bathing, grooming, dressing, transfers/escorts, toileting, incontinence care, etc. Administer medications and/or ointments/treatments Complete assigned cleaning tasks including but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning toilets/showers, bed making, trash removal, etc. Washing/drying/folding/putting away resident laundry Participating in activities and leisure time with the residents Must be 18 years or older.
